This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into electronically between the following parties:

BUYER
The individual or legal entity placing an order through the website.
- Subject Matter
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer through bloomella.com.tr.
- Product / Service Information
The type, quantity, brand/model, price, payment method, and delivery details of the ordered product(s) are set out in the pre-information form presented to the Buyer at the time of ordering and confirmed by the Buyer prior to completion of the order.
- Formation of the Agreement
By completing the order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and understood all product information, the total purchase price, and the delivery terms, and agrees to these electronically.
The order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
- Price and Payment
All prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include applicable taxes.
Payment is accepted via bank transfer (EFT / Havale) only.
Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
The Buyer must include the order number in the payment description.
- Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer at the time of ordering.
Delivery will be completed within the statutory maximum period of 30 days.
The Seller is not liable for delays caused by courier companies; however, the Buyer will be notified promptly in the event of any delay.
Delivery costs are communicated to the Buyer at the time of ordering.
- Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:A written notice must be sent to support@bloomella.com.tr.
The product price will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days of the Seller receiving the withdrawal notice.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation):
Products whose packaging has been opened and which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Products that have been used
The above products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
- Return Conditions
Returned products must be unused and in resaleable condition.
The return process is governed by the Returns Policy.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer for withdrawals under the right of withdrawal. However, if the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, return shipping costs are borne by the Seller.
- Personal Data Protection
The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation. For full details, please refer to the KVKK Privacy Notice.
- Force Majeure
Natural disasters, war, strikes, infrastructure failures, and similar circumstances beyond the Seller's control constitute force majeure. In such cases, the Seller's obligations may be suspended in whole or in part. The Seller will notify the Buyer and endeavour to find a resolution.
- Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the relevant Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts (subject to mandatory mediation under Article 73/A of Law No. 6502) shall have jurisdiction.
- Entry into Force
By confirming this Agreement electronically, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions herein.
