Bloomella is an e-commerce platform specialising in the sale of cosmetics and personal care products. All products are made available for purchase exclusively through the website.
- Order Process
Orders are processed in the following steps:

Payment is made (Bank transfer / EFT)
Payment is verified
Order is prepared
Order is shipped
Orders are only processed after payment confirmation is received. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
- Pricing and Payment
All prices on the website are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include applicable taxes.
Payment is currently accepted via bank transfer (EFT / Havale) only. Please include your order number in the payment description.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
The Company is not liable for pricing errors caused by system faults and reserves the right to cancel affected orders.
Card payment will be available in a future update.
- Delivery
Delivery processes, timelines, and conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and location. The Company is not liable for delays caused by courier services, but will notify the customer promptly in the event of any delay.
- Returns and Cancellations
Returns and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy and Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. The consumer's statutory right of withdrawal is preserved in full.
