Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.
- DELIVERY TIME
• Shipping usually takes 1–5 business days
• The legal maximum delivery period is 30 days
- SHIPPING COST
Shipping fees are clearly displayed during the checkout process.
- DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Once the order is handed over to the courier, the delivery process is managed by the shipping company.
The Customer is responsible for any delays caused by:
• Absence at the delivery address
• Incorrect address information
• Failure to receive the shipment
- DELAYS
Delays may occur in the following cases:

• Force majeure events
In such cases, the Customer will be informed accordingly.
- UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or non-receipt, it will be returned.
