- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.
- RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
• Unused
• Unopened
• In its original packaging
• In a resalable condition
- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons:
• Opened cosmetic products
• Used products
• Products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
- RETURN PROCESS
Return requests must be submitted in writing via:
support@bloomella.com.tr
After review, the return process will be initiated and further instructions will be provided to the Customer.
- RETURN SHIPPING COST
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer in withdrawal cases
• If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, shipping costs are covered by the Company
- REFUND
Returned products are inspected upon arrival.
If approved, the refund process will be initiated.
Refunds are typically completed within 7–14 business days.
- REFUND METHOD
Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original transaction (bank transfer).
