- SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Pre-Information Form aims to inform the BUYER about the sales, payment, and delivery conditions of the products ordered through bloomella.com.tr.
- PRODUCT AND PRICE INFORMATION
The following details regarding the ordered product are clearly displayed on the order page and approved by the BUYER:
- Type and main characteristics of the product
- Sales price
- Total amount including taxes
- Shipping cost (if applicable)
- PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment method: Bank transfer (EFT / Wire Transfer)
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation is received
Products are delivered to the address specified by the BUYER
Delivery time shall not exceed the legal maximum of 30 days
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

Refund process:
The product price will be refunded within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice
Refunds are made using the same payment method
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
As per Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation:
- Opened cosmetic products
- Used products
- Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons
are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
- RETURN CONDITIONS
- The product must be unused and in resalable condition
- Returns are handled in accordance with the Returns Policy
- Return shipping costs are borne by the BUYER in withdrawal cases
- If the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are covered by the SELLER
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts, within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade, shall have jurisdiction.
- ACCEPTANCE
The BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this Pre-Information Form electronically before completing the order.
